In the period 27.09.22- 01.05.23 the states of Vonerebna, Benkovski, Haskovo and Lozebna are switching to UTC+5, making them 4 hours ahead of the rest of the Federation until Independence day on May 1st 2023

WHY DO DO THE BULGARIAN STATES AND HASKOVO SWITCH TO UTC +5
Though it seems pretty stupid, there is actually a good reason. Winter is the most popular time for War in Grebna and Vonerebna, and especially in the rebel states (The Bulgarian speaking states) who like to cause problems during the cold seasons, Vityok alone was attacked 4 different times last winter, and because of the time change, The soldiers get confused by the time and think they are early for their attacks and often retreat, and thats when the Grebnar forces ambush them. So it's not much of a culture difference, but a defence difference
